Inbox Brief
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Overview
Inbox Brief is a Chrome extension that summarizes recent Gmail messages, highlights important emails, and recommends promotional sender cleanup. By using Inbox Brief, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You may use Inbox Brief only for lawful personal or business inbox review. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for deciding whether to act on any summary, recommendation, or cleanup suggestion.
Gmail Access
Inbox Brief uses Gmail readonly access. The extension does not send, modify, delete, archive, or block emails. Links and cleanup suggestions are provided so you can review messages directly in Gmail.
AI Summaries
Inbox Brief uses automated AI systems to generate summaries, classifications, and suggested next actions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review important emails yourself before making decisions.
Privacy
Your use of Inbox Brief is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed, how it is processed, and what is stored locally in Chrome.
Payments
Inbox Brief Pro is offered for $4.99 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes. Prices and the features included in each plan are shown before checkout. Payments, invoices, and saved payment methods are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Trials And Cancellation
Eligible first-time subscribers may receive one seven-day trial. A valid payment method is required, and the paid monthly subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Trial eligibility is determined by prior Inbox Brief subscription history. You can cancel or manage a subscription through the Stripe billing portal linked from the extension. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
Usage Limits
The Free plan currently includes up to three briefs per day, a 24-hour range, and up to 50 inbox messages per brief. Pro and trialing accounts currently include up to 20 briefs per day and limits of 50 messages for 24 hours, 150 for 48 hours, or 300 for seven days. Limits may be adjusted to protect service quality, security, and reasonable operating costs.
Refunds
Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly so it can be reviewed.
Availability
Inbox Brief is provided as an early product and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may limit or suspend access if the service is misused or if continued operation creates security, legal, or reliability risk.
No Warranties
Inbox Brief is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that summaries will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Brief and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
